C Competitive Leagues

 

Our mission is to provide a softball tournament series for the non-competitive teams to participate against other non-competitive teams. Recreational teams now have a tournament to compete in without having to compete against “A” or “B” tournament teams. While nurturing an environment of fun, it also gives an overall tournament experience to the players. Our priority is to provide a fun and lasting experience for the recreational softball player.  "A" and "B"  teams and/or players are not eligible.

Participation in a previous VIP Series tournament is NOT A REQUIREMENT to participate in the "C" Metros.

 2012 Heartland World Series

Class "C" National Tournament

This will be a "flighted" Class "C" tournament,  July 26-29, 2012 for all divisions and will be held at Hidden Valley and Legacy Softball Complexes. This tournament will have a 6 game format. There will be 4 pool games with a double elimination bracket. The entry fee is $375. (08C entry fee is $250)

 

Entry Requirements: Be an ASA registered "C" team, play in an ASA Recreation league or participated in a 2012 ASA "C" tournament or participated in a 2011 Fall ASA "C" tournament.

 

Each division will be "flighted" when the number of teams warrant. Each bracket will then have a 1st, 2nd and (2) 3rd place trophies with individual player medals. There will be a maximum of 4 flighted brackets per division.

 

Games will start approximately 5:00 pm Thursday.
